The project mainly upgrades and renovates the green belts of multiple communities, including Hepingmen Community, No. 8 Courtyard of Xinwai Street, Fenghuiyuan Community, Hongyingyuan Community, etc. Some green areas need to be rebuilt. The main content includes the installation of pipelines, supporting valves, and buried lifting and greening nozzles for the greening irrigation system. Involving the design and construction of underground water pipelines, installation and networking of irrigation micro spraying equipment, restoration of green surface plants, etc.

Reason for renovation:
1、The mortality rate of community green plants is high, and the lawn degradation is severe.
2、The original irrigation equipment was old, and manual operation was required for irrigation with poor effectiveness, resulting in more soil hardening and compaction.

Renovation content:

Through the preliminary on-site investigation, the designers have re planned and designed the community pipeline network direction and material selection, and coordinated with the property management and maintenance personnel to confirm the drawings, valve positions, operating specifications, and water volume regulation one by one. The specific renovation content includes:

1、Redesign the distribution of the pipeline network, with a total length of 4419m, optimize and transform the pipeline route, and plan the main and branch pipe diameters reasonably based on water consumption.

2、The irrigation pipeline is laid within the existing green belt, deepening the burial depth of the pipeline to ensure a standard depth of 0.7m. Build a new drainage well to ensure that there is no water storage in the pipeline during winter.

3、The supporting implementation includes upgrading all aspects such as pipe diameter, nozzles, and drainage wells to ensure compliance with national greening engineering technical standards.

4、Vegetation restoration, due to the damage caused to the original greenery during the construction process, timely restoration of greenery to reduce the impact on residents' normal lives.

Construction site:

The block shaped distribution of community green spaces is uneven in size and limited in space, making it impossible for excavators and other equipment to enter. In order to reduce the impact of construction on residents' lives and travel, this renovation project adopts manual construction. The construction period lasted for 5 months, and the green area of the renovated community exceeded 6700 square meters.
