The Digital Agriculture Service Center in Deping Town, Linyi County, Shandong Province has utilized satellite remote sensing, the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence and other technologies to build three major platforms for land transfer, agricultural machinery services, and agricultural technology services. It has centralized the implementation of the "six unifications" service and created a smart agricultural decision-making system to achieve digitalization, informatization and intelligence of the entire agricultural production process. The center is based on the production end, providing precise guidance for farmers and new business entities on major crops, agricultural machinery, irrigation water, etc., to achieve visual, data-driven, and standardized management of the production process.

The land transfer platform integrates policy promotion, information release, online transactions, supervision and rights protection, and supporting services, ensuring rapid land transfer for farmers and contiguous land for large-scale grain growers. It achieves efficient integration and full custody of the entire village's land, improving the scale and intensity of grain planting in the core area of "one and a half tons of grain". The agricultural machinery service platform will build two major service sectors: agricultural machinery information services and digital supervision, and reasonably and effectively allocate agricultural machinery resources throughout the town to improve efficiency and benefits. The agricultural technology service platform is built online and offline, with expert "talents" and zero delay and zero distance services, focusing on solving theoretical, practical and other problems.
