The Honghu Smart Agriculture Demonstration Field Construction Base in Hubei Province is a national pilot project for comprehensive rural reform, mainly focusing on planting regenerated rice. It is under the supervision of the Honghu Municipal Finance Bureau and has invested more than 6 million yuan to transform more than 400 acres of farmland and a modern greenhouse seedling base of over 1100 square meters.

Tianzheng High tech, in conjunction with the newly launched Smart Agriculture V3.0 management platform, has tailored a set of regenerated rice planting management system for this project, including a monitoring control cabin system, a digital plot map, a video monitoring map, a remote sensing monitoring map, a water fertilizer integration map, and a smart planting map, achieving monitoring and management of the entire process of regenerated rice planting.

Project Summary

The basic construction of the Honghu Regenerated Rice Demonstration Field Project was basically completed by the end of March, and it also received publicity and coverage from local media after completion.

After more than half a year of production practice, all systems and equipment are functioning normally. Through this system, farmers can instantly grasp the growth of rice fields and crops without leaving their homes, obtain the latest information on pests and diseases, and remotely carry out irrigation and fertilization operations through a mobile app. According to statistics, the actual water consumption has been reduced by 8.5%, labor costs have been saved by 16%, and the economic benefits of saving time and effort, increasing production and income have been effectively achieved. The project construction goal has been achieved, and it has played a demonstrative role in the future development of local regenerated rice.
